I’m a director for Minerva Technology Solutions Ltd., a software solutions provider in India. Our main aim as a company is to create applications that cater to all the customer requirement in terms of business analysis, financial management, inventory management and compliance towards RBI & FIU or any other industry specific requirement. I have an experience in working with HMSI (Honda Motor Cycle & Scooters India), where my responsibility was to manage ERP-PCPACK. At HMSI, working with HSMI we gained a lot of knowledge about manufacturing industry, which indeed helped us to create more workflow management application for the industryI’m truly passionate about my work and have always been eager to connect with other market leaders for knowledge as well as business opportunities. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage in a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that in return produces an application that caters to all the requirements along with additional benefits.
