 As a Leader to lead my team in Prototype (Sample) Development of Metso Outotec, Propel & ASTEC Castings of Crusher Parts. To guide team members and workers to work according to the manufacturing plan, priority & needs of customers. To Control quality standards by continuously coordinating with Designing Team, Pattern Shop Team, and Molding Team. To Measure Casting & Machining Dimensions according to the drawings. Rectify & Repair defects in the casting and coordinate with customers for their specific requirements meanwhile till the dispatch of casting. Documentation of the required casting reports including Pouring Plan, Casting dimension, Machining dimension, Scrata Report, Defect Map (Defecto-gram), Visual Reports before & after Paint, Hardness Test Report, Mechanical Testing, Heat treatment, SR (Stress Relieving) Report, MPI, UT, and Visual Reports.  Participating in meetings from time to time for discussing the problems and relevance of that problem. Always try to make the process easy by implementing the Plan, Rectification & Handling. To fill out Indent Form for getting Raw Materials, Machines, Special tools & instruments. Any alteration needed in the pattern meets to Pattern Associate to get it right according to the observation that I find during the casting development & on the basis of our Customer Remark. To prepare Reports like Compliance or Final Observation Report on the behalf of at every level of Observations made by Our Customers i.e., Metso Outotec or Propel.

Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) of 3.25MLD of Semi Automatic Type PLC based. Knowledge of Softener, DM plant, RO, UF, STP and ETP.

1.Thorough operational knowledge of Chillers of 126 Ton Air Cooled and 350 Ton Water cooled type. and (HVAC) systems like VRV, AHU, TFA, FCU, AC units etc.2. To operate Boiler of 400kg/hr. Evaporation capacity, and VRV units and periodic maintenance of it.3. Work on BMS(Building Management System and DMS system to operate VRV’s, AHU, TFA, FCU, Fresh air, Exhaust Fan units and Pressurization Fan etc.4. Raw water softening plant, RO plant and pumping sets operations and Maintenance.5. Electricity, Gas, Diesel and Water consumption study.6. Weekly and Monthly PPM of Boiler, Hot Water Generator, TFA, Air Washer and AHU’s.
