Outsourcing of inspection & testing like RT, PMI, Product Analysis, Grain Size testing, IGC testing, etc from NABL approved LAB.# Recruitment & hiring for the Company by conducting Campus Drive in various Engineering Colleges.

# RFQ study, cost estimation, techno-commercial quote formalisation, contract negotiation. Vendor development & management, summarise material requirement and outsourcing of same. # Project streamlining and synchronisation of work process, right from the material procurement to dispatch of product / job.

# Executed various fabrication projects of Cement Sector such as raw mill & coal mill Separators, Chutes, Kiln, Firing Hood, Limestone & Cement Silos. # Power sector projects were boiler Coal Silos, Stacks, Columns, building Structures. Sound experience of ASME, AWS and other welding codes.
