Steve Udick is a trial attorney ar McKool Smith. His practice focuses on patent litigation, including traditional and Hatch-Waxman litigation, from pre-suit counseling through post-grant proceedings, trial, and appeals. Steve is a go-to and experienced advocate called on to clearly and effectively convey difficult technologies and concepts to judge, jury, or other stakeholders. Steve has represented a diverse group of clients, from Fortune 10 to privately held companies, including clients in pharmaceuticals (brand and generic), computer hardware and software, and in strategic advising in financial investment industries. Steve has advanced his clients’ interests in each of the major patent litigation venues, and is admitted to all of the district courts in Texas as well as the Federal Circuit.Steve’s work has led to recognition by his peers.
