• Supervision of the NPR 300 million, UKAID-funded, DUDBC-managed, and contractors JV-led construction project of the new, fully operational building construction and retrofitting works at Bhaktapur Hospital
• Technical assistance in adopting integrated approach in green construction, retrofitting and sustainable construction practice.
• Completion and handover of New Operation Theatre multi-story building, Mortuary block, Maternity block and Kitchen block equipped with modern HVAC system to hospital management including O & M and Disaster Management.
• Ensuring quality control processes on site are in line with prescribed quality assurance plans, standards, and as specified in contract.
• Embedding sustainability dimensions including social and gender inclusion, as well as Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) aspects into the project during the design and construction phases.

Lamjung

• Designed the implementation and contract management of 45 disaster resilient sustainable low-cost houses and 3 climate-smart water infrastructure projects amounting to NRS 25 million Nepalese Rupees in line with CRS.
• Budgeting, cost analysis, cash flow forecast and financial management of construction activities of implementing partners in collaboration
• DRR assessment of houses and bio-engineered slope stabilization works in collaboration with local level.
• Designed and executed Gorkha Landslide response with construction of low-cost transitional shelter, developed IEC materials.
• Worked closely with municipalities for technical capacity strengthening of the municipality for climate-resilient housing policies and plans and National Building Code.
• IEE and DRR assessment of three irrigation schemes, community buy-ins and collaboration before design and construction works.

Bāgmatī, Nepal

• Planning and implementing pilot urban housing recovery project and preparing strategies, detailed guidelines on retrofitting support, Logframes, Research Designs, Detailed Implementation Plans and donor reporting
• Managing 15 Material, Labour and Transportation [MLT] support, 4 urban retrofit houses and 21 socio-technical support of urban recovery beneficiaries amounting to 2.5 million Nepalese Rupees.
• Formulating strategies and organizing Heritage conservation workshops with local communities for tourism promotion and livelihood improvements of disadvantaged groups
• Developed “House Owner Construction Guideline” catering to urban population of Panauti Municipality and support to NDRRMA for dessimination to other areas.
• Collaboration with International Consultant CRATerre, national partner ASF Nepal for planning and implementing ‘Urban Contextual Analysis’ in close coordination with Panauti municipality.
• Collaboration with Institute of Engineering (IOE) for urban recovery retrofit solutions and support in preparation of urban design guidebook.

Kathmandu

-Developed concept notes, TORs, strategies, logical frameworks, Detailed Implementation Plans, Construction Schedules, Partner Project Grant Agreements, Memorandum of Understands and Donor Reports.- Planned, implemented and monitored programme budget of around 100 million Nepalese Rupees for Sindhupalchok housing program and around 50 million Nepalese.

• Designed and prepared structural reports of earthquake resistant residential and commercial buildings both framed, load bearing and steel structures using SAP2000, ETABS and SAFE.
• Modelled complex structures, irregular buildings and analyzed using response spectrum analysis employing Indian Codes.
• Prepared and drafted municipal drawings (architectural, structural, sanitary, and electrical), working field drawings, and as-built drawings. SketchUp was used to visualize the outputs to contracts.
• Prepared detailed cost estimate of buildings and bill of quantities and liaised with client, other professionals within design teams and contractors.
