-Developed concept notes, TORs, strategies, logical frameworks, Detailed Implementation Plans, Construction Schedules, Partner Project Grant Agreements, Memorandum of Understands and Donor Reports.- Planned, implemented and monitored programme budget of around 100 million Nepalese Rupees for Sindhupalchok housing program and around 50 million Nepalese Rupees for Shelter program through national partners Lumanti, ENPHO, CIUD and DEPROCS, consisting multiple projects.- Prepared settlement architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, 3D designs and got them approved from concerned authorities.
