 Planning and Monitoring Pre-Commissioning /Commissioning Project activity. Process related Vessel Trim test and inspection. Equipment and Piping related punch point generation and rectification. Monitoring safety with good communication and team work. piping line box-up checking, blasting, washing, and chemical cleaning. P/T, H/T, Instrument Loop-Checking overall process line up. Rotating equipment test run, Refractory Dry Out/Alkali Boil Out operation OF BURNER & INCINERATOR . Review and modify cause & effect diagram,control logic system in DCS(HONEYWELL TDC-2000). Commissioning & start-up (Rectisol & SRU). Trend Analysis and Stabilization of Sulfur Recovery Unit & Rectisol or Acid Gas Enrichment Unit as a Shift-In-Charge.

 Monitoring over process equipment, vibration, noise, ampere checking from DCS/FIELD. Checking abnormality of equipment and related trouble shooting Process related control as a DCS PERSON (YOKOGAWA DCS). 5S, QC, KYZEN(plant modification if any), HATTO HAYARI  Streaming new process concept as per maintaining proper SOP for optimising process as per process parameter and set standards to achieve defined goal and objective of better productivity. Involvement in the various activities like QC, Process related quiz competition Gathering process related information and analysis information with group for simplification of process with better output FOR NEW PLAN PROJECT/PROCESS. Experience in high pressure equipment: Pressurized vessel,tank,column,Heat Exchanger. Selection of valves/gaskets as per ANSI standard.  PLANT COMMISSIONING,START-UP & STABILIZATION EXPERIENCE.

 Cryogenic handling; pre-cooling operation, Ship unloading operation and related line up valve setting and Overall field patrolling with good observation over the equipment inside plant battery limit and related trouble shooting, maintenance with proper communication to other department to achieve definite goal with high productivity. Familiar with DCS(ABB DCS)  Motivation, good communication and working with group.
