The scope is to conduct site Predictive surveys at 123 Locations along with getting the Final report with LLDs and NW design ready for each if these sites. Once the predictive surveys and Future designs are ready, it is to identify the NW devices which are End of Life and to refresh them with new devices.My Role is to Coordinate with the vendors and the partner network team to provide Predictive BOMs and to get a quotation against the BOMs for each of these sites. I have been an auditee during all the major Certification procedures of the company like HIPAA Certification, SOC2 Certification twice a year. I play a key role in making changes in the Infrastructure while attending weekly review meetings with the stake holders, Vendor Management, Risk Mitigation. Change & Incident Management.
