Overall responsibilities for successful completion as well as charging of 400/220/132kV GIS at Raebareli, U.P., India, through guiding/monitoring/co-ordinating a sizable nos. of Engineers, Supervisors, Vendors/Sub-contractors for optimized output, generation of revenue, with strict adherance of SFQP & EHS practices. Risk mitigation, Resource optimization, from sub-contractor & inventory management to the effective delegation to the customer on daily basis with necessary follow-up for realization of RA bills at customer HO office & attending review meetings with administartive officers at District Administartion & with Customer HO officials and Leading for obtaining the Statutory Clearances of project have been the prime deliverables of the role & position.

Responsible for planning and execution of Project within budget cost and time in accordance with norms/regulations; Providing guidance/suggesting corrective actions to the respective team for operational excellence. Leading for obtaining the Statutory Clearances of project and Right of Way Clearance for execution of 132/33kV GIS Substation projects under World Bank Funded Projects of Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam Limited (JUSNL).Challenges: -1. Site Execution particularly Site Development & Excavation of Foundations in plateau terrain where completely & only Hard-Rock is encountered.2. Active participation to obtain Statutory Clearances from Forest Dept. for execution of the project.3. Customer Management.

Project Value Handled: INR. 110 Crores (Approx.) Overall Responsibilities as Manager - Planning for successful charging of 02 nos. 132/33kV GSS in Arunachal Pradesh for POWERGRID.Challenges: - 1. Active Participation in Feasibility of Land, Land Acquisition, Securing Statutory Clearances from Forest Dept.2. Entire Planning & Project Management of 132/33kV Substations in Challenging terrain.Planning Deliverables: - 1. Complete Scope Quantification of Civil & Electrical Items for 132/33kV Substations.2. Overseeing materials planning and communication with RO, SCM for resource arrangements for obtaining timely procurement of materials. Managing Production Release Indent, MC/DI, Inspection Calls etc.3. Close co-ordination with vendors for materials as per approved GTP, 4. Risk & Claim Management at site.5. Active Leadership Role having Independent Site and single point contact with the Client. 2. Successful commissioning of 500kV ICT Bay in stipulated time frame.

On-shore Supply & Erection.• Started Career in EDRC, Chennai with EHV Substation Design & Engineering & subsequently as Execution Lead as Assistant Manager for 400/220/132kV Rangpo GIS of POWERGRID, under Transmission System for transfer of power from generation projects in Sikkim.• Challenges: - 1. Entire Cabling Work2. Installation & Commissioning work at challenging terrain3. Entire Planning & Customer Billing Responsibilities

Engineer (FTB): - Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 132/33kV New Grid Sub-Stations at Muzaffarpur SKMCH & Dalsingsarai, Bihar, under Bihar Sub- Transmission System (BSTS), Phase-II, Part-II, (Package-D) of POWERGRID, where at SKMCH, all Equipment & CRB foundations were Pile Foundations.
