Presently heading Supply Chain at Cargill India Private Limited. I am a part of Leadership team and responsible for sustainable development of rapid top line and bottom line growth of Organisation. Key focus areas are team development, Safety and sustainability in Logistics, leading S&OP / IBP process , medium and long term demand and supply planning, Customer Service , overall supply chain management of India along with Strategic Supply ChainManagement .I have worked in varied roles in various verticals of Supply Chain while working with Nestle India Limited in upstream and downstream supply chain, demand and supply planning along with project management. Prior to moving to Carlsberg, I was heading Customer Service at Corporate office for 2 years for Modern and Tradition trade along with various projects on merger of Order Management Centres along with automation of distributor orders. Also headed factory supply chain of 2 factories of Chocolates and Noodles along with managing supply chain of 4 confectionary copackers located at Goa.Worked as Demand & Supply Planning manager of Chocolates & Confectionery from 2003 till 2008 in Corporate Supply Chain with focus on SAP implementation, reduction of inventory, improving service levels and most importantly long term capacity planning.In logistics area, I was responsible for logistics & supply planning for shelf stable Chilled dairy for Northern India from 2002. Also worked in Corporate Supply Chain from Dec 2000 as Supply Chain Manger for Water Project. Also worked as Supply Chain Manager in Sales Branch from 1999 to 2000 having responsibility of Customer Service, Distribution, Warehousing and Logistics. in down stream supply chain.Noticeable experience was working in Corporate Supply Chain Project for six months to set up Supply Chain department in Nestle India in early part of my career.Underwent Inhouse Management training course conducted by Nestle thereby worked in Sales and Marketing and production.Headed Supply Chain in Carlsberg before moving to Cargill .
