As an executive assistant to the Director and Chairman role involved providing high-level administrative support, managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating meeting s and travel arrangements, hotel bookings and handling correspondences , mails . Also assisted in project management, vendor management, prepare reports and mis, and serve as a liaison between the Director and other departments or stakeholders. It also dealt with calendar management , HR activities , facility management, involvement in CSR activities and Visa processing . All the above tasks were carried out for ensuring smooth operation of the Director’s office and facilitating effective communication maintaining confidentiality and timely completion of tasks which got enhanced with experience and time.
