During the first two years at Blackbaud, I have rationalized the product portfolio with greater focus on integrated offerings around Blackbaud's platform, and have driven product-led growth leading to acceleration of growth and attainment of "Rule of 40" well ahead of forecast.

Served as an honorary advisor to various early-stage startups. Expertise in serving as a trusted advisor in a variety of areas such as enterprise scale data management, artificial intelligence, and connected devices during the incubation and various funding stages of the startups. Also working with industry bodies to expand the product ecosystem in India.Currently working as an Advisory Board Member with Give Momentum (https://www.givemomentum.com), an early stage San Francisco based startup that intends to transform fundraising using AI. The solution leverages analytics and generative AI to convert one-time donors to recurring donors and eventually social investors.

I led the AIOps, Observability and Automation business segment at Broadcom, responsible for overall P&L, spanning both R&D and GTM. I managed a globally distributed team of 400+ across Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Solution Sales.In this role, I helped the BU grow consistently every quarter at an average of 12% CAGR, improved employee productivity by 40%, balanced the product portfolio, and increased operating margins to 60%. In terms of R&D, my team delivered a modern, differentiated SaaS based AIOps platform, that supports real-time observability, ML driven analytics and large scale automation.

Joined CA Technologies as the Vice President of Products for AIOps- the largest business unit in Enterprise Software Division. In 2 years delivered modernized the legacy software portfolio into a machine-learning enabled SaaS-based solution, simplified consumption through rationalization of SKUs and regained leadership in analyst rankings. CA Technologies was acquired by Broadcom Inc. in 2018.

Managed a 1+ Billion dollar product portfolio spanning on-prem and on-cloud application, database and infrastructure monitoring and configuration management. • As a founding member of the Systems Management division, helped grow the business from scratch to 1+ billion USD annually in license and services revenue• Launched several new products in cloud management, configuration compliance management and data center automation to the market and grew them to 100M dollars in revenue within 3 years• Introduced several new services for Oracle Management Cloud- a SaaS based offering for ITSecOps and onboarded 50+ customers in the first year of inception• Led several M&A activities and achieved complete product and GTM integration ahead of schedule• Conceptualized, delivered and launched database as a service for both cloud and on-prem environments and brought key innovations like storage-efficient database cloning for DevOps• Developed and launched industry’s first connected systems management experience by integrating on-prem tools with Oracle Support

I rose from a Support Engineer to a Support Manager before transitioning to Product Management. As a Support Manager, I built a team first for offering premium, high-value services and then for level 2 escalations management for mission critical database issues.As a Product Manager, I was the founding member of the Systems Management product which eventually became a billion dollar business.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, I worked on highly available (HACMP) systems running AIX on mid-range RS6000 systems, and conducted benchmarks for Oracle and Informix databases on those systems.

Worked on Unix Internals focusing on IPC and TCP/IP Networking. Helped customers in setting up networking within the datacenter (LAN) and across sites (X.25 WAN). Actively participated in benchmarking and 4GL based implementation of Oracle, Informix and Sybase database systems.
