Responsible for operations of the Hotels under the Green Park brand in Hyderabad, Chennai & Vishakapatnam. Heading the Green Park brand, responsible for the brand positioning, strategic growth & future development including project.

Having joined the Green Park Chennai in April 2011, have since grown the business at this hotel during the last few years, focusing on strengthening the systems & procedures and improving product & service delivery standards. Successfully upgraded the property to a classified five star and repositioned the Hotel. Have additional responsibility of overseeing the operations of three Hotels under the Green Park brand, Chennai, Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam.

I had been involved with this Hotel from its project stage and am responsible for starting the hotel right from scratch. Setting up of the hotel, the team, Sales & marketing initiatives, Policies & Procedures, Health & Safety, structuring of the organization were a few highlights of my responsibility.The hotel had a remarkable start up occupancy and an excellent first two years ,having consolidated itself as a market leader in terms of performance amongst it's comp set. Having received fantastic reviews from the media, industry critics and IHG itself, the Holiday Inn London Kingston South stands as a landmark in the four star business hotel segment in Surrey,UK.

Second in charge of this wonderful five star deluxe resort spread over 85 acres with 255 suites, massive F & B operations with 5 restaurants, 3 bars, 7 banqueting halls and lawns with a capacity of 2000 people.

Joined the Residency group in 1995, right after passing out from Hotel school, at a time when the group had just one hotel. From there grew with them and when I left in 2006, I was the Food & beverage manager of the 4 star property at Coimbatore, one of the flagship properties of the group which now has 6 hotels in the portfolio. I have spent a big chunk of my professional period in Coimbatore and have been an integral part of the success of The Residency Coimbatore.
