➢ Manufacturing Engineer− Supervising manufacturing process of rubber molded connectors and cable assemblies.− Preparing Bill of Material for new products.− Maintaining Inventory of parts and cables.− Updating Production schedule and handling production process to produce required quantity of parts in an allocated time frame to meet customer’s deadline.➢ Design Engineer− Designing of Standard, Sea-Max and Delta Connectors using SOLIDWORKS.− 3D and 2D engineering drawings of Molds, Bushings, Blocks, Coupling nuts, Pins and Sockets and their assemblies with detailed dimensions.− Making changes to the design of connectors according to the Customers requirement.➢ Quality Control Engineer− Incoming Inspection of Parts and Cables with proper documentation.− Visual Inspection, Electrical Conformation using multi-meter, Hi-Pot testing (A/C - D/C resistance test at 500 V) and Pressure testing (up to 1000 psi) of the all the rubber molded parts.− Preparing test reports according to the Customer’s Quality Criteria.
