Senior Technical Lead, Client Operations- Product Support
Current- Oversee multiple projects to Facilitate Telecom and Internet players to grow their businesses. - Lead a team of six technical professionals to manage client operations.- Deliver and mentor team members in developing over 30+ automation tasks using Bash and Python to solve complex problems and optimize resource utilization.- Facilitate automation initiatives, encouraging team members to automate frequent tasks (daily, weekly, monthly).- Exploring tools and technologies like Kubernetes, MySql DB, Grafana, Kibana (ELK) etc.- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Metrics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and project documentation.- CAPA closure and RISK tracking.- Handling team and providing SME Level support to provide BAU continuity.- Managing multiple projects, including TATAPLAY and MTN.- Attend weekly and Monthly Governance call to track Project performance.- Engagement in CR, performance management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Continual growth Management, Outage management etc.- Client Escalation point of contact for end to end technical/ operational issues closure.
