Current1. Responsible for the smooth operations/operational excellence of the delivery hubs of WBSK. Currently handling 157 Delivery hubs in WBSK and managing a volume of 115000(First Mile Operations) on a daily average basis. Handling a team of approx. 350 Manpower. Leading the performance chart in the Central Zone2. Responsible for maintaining the Operational parameters set by the Design team.A. Ensuring same day pickup (Day0) of Forward Shipments B. Ensuring same day Reverse Shipments C. Maintaining & achieving desired Productivity & Conversion of the team.D. Monitoring Metrices of the entire WBSK Cluster E. Ensuring desired Quality Score of the Pickup Hubs aligned.3. Responsible for the MIS Reports of the Region (Entire WBSK), this helps the management to look on the overall performances of the entire team.4. Motivating team to achieve their individual & Management target. 5. Responsible for maintaining the SOP and code of conduct as per company policies.6. Acting as a bridge between the top management and team down the line.7. Responsible for creating managers down the line for future.
