Spearheading the Employee Engagement, Team Building, creating the buddy to the developing of the Dept. Trainers, conducting session on Managerial Excellence is my forte. I am also the part of the implementation of the Online SOP Certification drive at the corporate level. Maintaining liaison with various Institutions, for Conducting Campus Interviews, for the purpose of Recruitment & Training is one of my prime duty.

Designing & delivering of Corporate Training Programs like Certified Departmental Trainer, Managerial Excellence for the HOD’S & Manager’s, Style & Smile Training Program for the front line Employees related to Customer Services,Supervisory Development Programs. Departmental Proficiency Program related to the F&B Service, Front Office & Housekeeping. Sessions & Activities on Team Building and Workshops on soft skills in collaboration with British Council. As an HOD of the department, formulation of the budget and adhering to it is also the prime part of my job. I was the Management Representative for the hotel when it comes to “Hotel Classification & for the ISO 9001: 2008. Maintaining liaison with various Institutions, for Conducting Campus Interviews, for the purpose of Recruitment & Training. Trained & successfully conducted the "Hunar Sey Rozgar” & “Skill Certification Program” which is been organized by Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Hotel. Recently I have been awarded as one of the top three Best Trainer among the Sarovar Group Of Hotels for the year 2013-14.

Worked as a Training & Placement Officer for 4 years and headed the Placement Cell at Pailan School Of International Studies where I was also a lecturer in Hospitality Division.
