I am currently working as a onsite BI Architect for the client for Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE 11g), Informatica, Shell scripting. Also working as lead to implement Tableau infrastructure and multiple dashboards.Recently worked on the following projects:1. Project: Employee Turnover (Current client -USA)Role: BI Tech ArchitectEnvironment: Tableau desktop, Tableau server, Informatica ETL, Oracle Database 11g, OBIEE, HR AnalyticsResponsibilities: Identifying all data elements from employee termination and movements from the existing OBIEE fields. Designing and developing Informatica ETL mappings to load data from HR datawarehouse to flat tables.  Development of ETL strategy to combine data from existing HR data warehouse and timesheet data from clarity tool using Informatica joiner, expression, lookup, router, normalize sequence number generator transformations. Creating reports and dashboards in Tableau desktop and migrating them into Tableau server. Do end to end testing. DAC configurations for full load and incremental load. Creating DAC tasks and execution plan.2. Project: Workforce Analytics (Current client -USA)Role: Tech LeadEnvironment: Tableau, Informatica ETL, Oracle Database 11g, OBIEE, HR AnalyticsResponsibilities: Designing the whole solution to integrate Employee attributes from HR Analytics tables with timesheet data feed from Clarity tool. This is to create comprehensive data set that can be analyzed through Tableau. Development of ETL strategy to combine data from existing HR data warehouse and timesheet data from clarity tool using Informatica joiner, expression, lookup, router, normalize sequence number generator transformations. Creating reports and dashboards in Tableau desktop and migrating them into Tableau server.
