Lead our Product and Design team to give direction to our current and new products. Build strategies with Sales and Marketing teams to give direction to our product roadmap.

I spend a part of my time in assisting our customers adopting Lean-Agile thinking. We have done this from team to an Enterprise level, for IT customers like Amdocs, SoftwareAG to customers who are outside the IT domain like Faurecia. We have also used Lean-Agile methods in our enterprise-wide implementations for our customers to gain experience and appreciate their impact.

We moved to Lean Software development with TDD and Continuous Integration, defined new operational metrics, aligned individual BSC criteria to those metrics and re-calibrated the same with every quarterly appraisal. In the last 5 years, we made over 25+ product releases on time (slipping only twice) and reduced Defect Arrival Rates by 68%. We built our test automation repository on Junits, QTP and Sahi from scratch. We moved from 3-4 releases in a year to 2 releases a month.3. Responsible for presales, product implementation and customizations across our implementation. We brought down our implementation timeline from 4-6 months to 6-8 weeks for out-of-the-box implementations.4. I manage Digite's Engineering and Services organization responsible for product engineering, presales and implementations.

Responsibilities: Responsible for Retail, Logistics, Collaboration and all Technology practices for the Solution Center, India. Responsible for pre-sales function for India Solution Center (estimation, SOWs)Responsible for Quality Management and Project Management Office for India Solution Center

Responsible for HCLT's relationship with NCR in the area of check processing systems for the banking industry.

I moved from my Technical to a Sales career in HCLT America. In the 6 years, I rose from Business Manager to Account Manager to Director. I started the insurance vertical and was leading HCLT America's Insurance vertical before I returned to India. During these years, I started HCLT's relationship with customers like American General Financial Group (now a part of AIG), CNA Insurance and Computer Sciences Corporation.

During this period, I delivered several critical engagements for HCL. I was primarily responsible for delivering the projects that we were doing for CIGNA. I helped started our US Central office's first offshore engagement, from my earlier customer in Dallas. I was part of team that help define many of the CMMI processes for the Gurgaon, India delivery center.
