Operations Control: Review of existing credit policy, Review of receivables. Establishing credit limits, Ensuring proper recording as well as monitoring of accounting transactions. Coordination and follow up with legal department for implementing recovery measures. Coordination with banking division to ensure timely credit to the parties.Financial Control: Ensure strict adherence to credit policy for both existing as well as new parties. Timely issuance of credit notes and cash discount in accordance with the policy. Obtaining balance confirmation from the parties on quarterly basis. Monitoring of collection as well as proper recording of the same. Ensure adherence of company norms in the process of appointment of new parties. Coordination with MIS department to implement improved systems in line with the operating policy.
