At CalCon, my ESG teammates and I work diligently to conceptualize and test innovative ideas, and we meticulously write requirements for our state-of-the-art B2B SaaS software, AiBATROS. Our tool empowers our customers by providing them with maximum energy and CO2 emission related information about their building portfolios while minimizing the effort required to develop effective and sustainable strategies.

On the one side, I worked on classical project management duties as a Civil Engineer such as cost management, quality control, site inspection, tendering, etc. On the other side, I worked on ESG-focused sustainable real estate management which involves CO2 emission calculation, consulting stakeholders regarding carbon neutrality, and overall Environmental Due Diligence.

I have worked as a working student on complex real estate projects. I was responsible for site inspection, cost management, and collaboration among different stakeholders.

At the chair of hydrology and river basin management, I have worked on the EU project of boDEREC-CE. I was responsible for the development of an environmental decision support system, a standalone software developed using Python. I actively collaborated with stakeholders from 7 other countries of EU which include local authorities, universities. I showcased the software in English, German and wrote reports for the project.

I was responsible for the laboratory experiments of a project regarding Energy Efficient Wastewater Treatment under the chair of Urban Water Engineering of Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany.

I have successfully taught more than 1000 class hours on elementary chemistry to high school students both in my native language and in English. The classes were both online and offline. The classes contained students ranging from 10 to 100. The topics include physical chemistry, organic chemistry, etc.
