Maintain the plants in conformance to the established policies,system, procedures and coordinate planning and execution of production at plant.

 Preparation and approval of drawings, complete production bar chart & Quality Assurance plan for various heavy equipment’s like pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, etc. on receipt of order from clients. Co-ordination with Plant personnel to finalize the production procedure right from start to end. Preparation of Material Indent/Purchase Requisition for raw materials required for fabrication of heavy equipment’s along with Technical specifications and providing it to Purchase Department. Co-ordination with Purchase Department to make sure that the raw materials are delivered within the specified time to meet the client schedule. Certification of Quality Inspection Reports for raw materials supplied by vendors. Certification of Weld Maps and preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) which shall be required at various stages of production. Certifying record of Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) for person involved in Welding operations.  Certifying and maintaining the welder/welding operators’ continuity record.  Reviewing and approving the drawings given to sub-vendor for further work. Also, inspection of the outsourced finished product supplied by sub-vendor required for preparation of final product.  Optimization of usage of raw materials and Production line. Co-ordination with third party inspection agencies (LRA, BVIS, PDIL, UHDE, TUV etc.)for the stage wise and final inspection and making sure that the manufactured equipment’s are released by the TPI agency.  Assuring that the heavy equipment’s are fabricated strictly as per the industry standards (ASME, TEMA, IS, etc) and client specific requirement. Approval of the final documentation of the finished product before despatch to client.  Maintaining all the data, documents and approvals involved in preparation of fabricated equipment’s and keeping it ready for ISO Audit.

 Fabrication of industrial equipment’s such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, column, reactor, etc as per QA plan.  Understanding the engineering challenges associated with project and overcoming them. Ensuring optimum utilization of raw materials and production line. Supervised in clients factory/site according to the requirement in case of erection of equipment’s, pipe lay out, finalisation of fabrication drawing, general maintenance and trouble shooting of equipment at the client place. Ensuring final product readiness to meet the supply requirements.
