Sourcing and Managing outsourced resources. 6. Vendor Management (end to end). 7. Bidding on New Vendor. 8. Conduct the Vendor Meeting. 9. Distribution of requirement in the Team. 10. Conduct initial and final rounds with the candidates 11. Conduct salary negotiations. 12. Strategic Planning for Sourcing, placement, HRD and overall Business Development.Client Relation 8. Handling IBM Client for Kolkata Location 9. Conducting meetings with Clients and actively gather feedback and suggestions from them and recommend procedural changes.‭ ‬Contribute to internal team meetings,‭ ‬preparing Minutes of the Meetings and ensure that agreed actions are carried out 10. Ensuring that SLA's are met through Real Time/Queue Monitoring and escalation in case of any unusual trend and initiating change management. 11. Attending daily IBM call. 12.
