Responsible for advising the product team in developing Holmusk solutions that support hospitals and academic medical centers, partnering with health systems navigating federal and state regulations in the mental health space, and extending the global success of Holmusk.Holmusk is a data science and health technology company dedicated to establishing objective evidence as a core utility to the treatment of mental health and chronic diseases. Holmusk is creating the world’s largest real-world evidence platform, NeuroBlu, to transform research and care for behavioral health.

• Responsible for establishing and leading the Digital team with a focus on strategy (internal and external), product development, product design, technical architecture, engineering, project/portfolio management & implementation• Developed/executed on the Digital Transformation strategy for HSS – a 2025 Strategic Roadmap item for the organization - with a focus on enhanced Patient Experience (clinical and operations), improved Clinical Outcomes, & building a Digital Platform (with “dial-tone” services for chatbots, texting, RPM & TeleHealth)• Provided digital and technical support for the launch of the startup RightMove Powered by HSS, a value-based musculoskeletal care company based on established HSS care models, pathways, and other proprietary IP

• Established the eHealth/IT Digital Health Center of Excellence program within Mount Sinai IT, which was envisioned as a strategic effort to plan for patient focused digital health. • Align strategic health system/hospital business needs with digital health solutions• Lead the program to identify innovative digital health & telemedicine companies, evaluate them for use within the health system, and partner with the appropriate clinical champions to implement and track success.• Lead team that supports health system leadership with telemedicine strategy implementation. • Lead team of developers responsible for building apps for use by health system consumers, and internal clinicians and operations focused teams. • Establish and nurture partnerships with the healthcare startup community to identify creative solutions that can be leveraged for the health system and to keep a pulse on the constantly evolving digital health market.• Support the cross functional collaboration within Mount Sinai to build a strong network of partners for digital health. This includes partnering with tech transfer, venture, philanthropy, IT, innovation centers within the School of Medicine, hospital operations, etc.

• Responsible for the Go-to-market strategy and planning for the launch of the HIE products and services• Implement products as envisioned in the NYeC Product Roadmap – including sales strategy, packaging, training and distribution through partner Regional Health Information Organization’s• Develop sales processes and systems to assist with provider onboarding and product collateral for outreach efforts• Responsible for the HIE services adoption strategy throughout New York State and in partnership with RHIOs and their members. • Support the process by which NYeC develops requirements for the HIE products and services• Oversee the New York State Regional Extension Center program funded by the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) for Meaningful Use implementation• Oversee other HIT adoption efforts (HEAL 22, Medicaid Specialist Program, etc.)

• Managing the evaluation, selection, implementation, and go-live planning of health information technology for the development of the Statewide Health Information Network of New York (SHIN-NY).• Overseeing key implementations for NYeC and the New York State Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIOs)• Leading the Product Line Management team that is responsible for gathering the healthcare market requirements, feasibility analysis, market pricing and implementation. Key requirement areas include: HIE/API for startup companies, Patient Record Lookup, Alerts, Analytics, User Authentication, Provider Directory, and Audit.
