The primary responsibility was to manage the operations of the overseas service delivery center; the center was responsible for providing IT services to the 100 plus countries where CRS was operating. The services delivered were application development and maintenance, infrastructure management, training and service operations.Job Responsibilities:• Provide management oversight and/or guidance for system development, operations, maintenance, and support efforts assigned to the Center. • Ensure the implementation of standard CRS system definition, design, development, maintenance, operations and support processes.• Design and implement IT staff development programs.• Train Center staff in system definition, design, development, operations, maintenance and support approaches and techniques.• Make staffing recommendations and evaluate staff performance with inputs from system development managers and service delivery managers.• Assist system development managers and service delivery managers in developing schedules, budgets, and service level agreements for system development and service delivery efforts.• Assume personal management responsibility for system development projects and/or service delivery efforts when assigned.• Supervises staff and/or IT service providers in system development or service delivery efforts that he/she is assigned to manage.
