Hence, the slope is calculated.Fabrication and Characterization of MoS2 Thin Film Transistor :- Implemented dry transfer of MoS2 on PDMS stamp with the pre-patterned electrode using Photolithography- Devised 4-probe and output I-V characteristics (ID-VG), to obtain the ON-resistance of the FET with and without light
