Sue joined the David Liddiard Group (DLG) in 2016 which encompasses CCAB and Birubi Australia. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors, she brings vast experience in business systems management, finance and contract administration. Sue has spent over 20 years writing and responding to commercial tenders and opportunities to the government and private sector across a number of business sectors. She has played a leading role in DLG projects for the Department of Defence, SA Water, and DIT that have provided significant employment and upskilling outcomes for Aboriginal people, on Country in South Australia. Through CCAB Sue has worked together with corporate Australia and Indigenous artists in SA, NT and NSW to develop and successfully bring new products to market.Most recently she has focused on the growth of civil construction company, Birubi Australia. This has merged her passion for making things happen with finding meaningful pathways for and employment and new business development for First Nations people. She thrives on finding pathways to keep it real and cut "red tape" in order to minimise the cost of doing business in an often excessively bureaucratic environment.She loves chatting with other business owners about current challenges and more importantly - solutions.Specialties: Business management, operations, leadership, new business development, strategy.
