I was a home ecomomics teacher at a comprehensive high school for 5 years. I was in charge of a restaurant and snack center on campus. We had 3 course meals on Thursdas at lunch for the staff. We had daily brunch items from breakfast burritos to cookies and cheesecake.My current assignment for the last 8 years has been as a history teacher. I teach US history, world history, civics and economics. I have also taught consumer math, psychology, English film lit from a historical perspective and English Review classes.I have credentials in the following areas: Home Economics,Foundational Math, Social Science History, Health, Business, Elementary Education,Special Education Learning Handicapped and a supplementary authorization in English.
