Jan 2003 to 9th May 2012Market Data Invoice reconciliation and Administration• Supervision of one member of staff.• Reconciliation and payment of Market Data invoices for the UK and European branches, checking inventory against invoices to ensure vendor is not over charging for services and ensure any discrepancies are investigated and resolved• Reconciliation of month end for Market Data: - Create necessary entries for charge out to internal businesses and recovery of those charges - Manage Market Data accruals to monitor timely receipt of invoices to ensure large accruals are not held for long periods. - Manage the same functions for European Branches with the exception of paying invoices as payment must be made in the relevant regions due to tax implications.- Manage overseas recoveries for global contracts and process the necessary self assessment VAT charges monthly.
