Help in restructuring the loan, if needed. Work with LO's, Processors, closers, and management daily for an effective communication process in a remote environment. Loan products I currently work with are Conventional, QM Port, and Non-QM Port, but have extensive knowledge in FHA/VA, MSHDA, Rural Development, and Construction loans.
