I’m currently employed as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Grampians Health Ballarat. I have worked in various clinical, coordinator and project management roles in metropolitan, regional and rural centres which has allowed me to develop many varied skills and knowledge in leadership and management, quality and safety, risk management, consumer involvement, education, practice development and research. I’m passionate about regional and rural health provision and ensuring equitable patient access to specialised cancer care for regional and rural patient’s.Im the current board director of CNSA and congress co-director. Previous chair of CNSA Victorian State Group and Secretary of the Cancer Nurse Practitioner Specialist Practice Network. Past Nursing representative of the VCCN/MPCC Covid-19 Cancer Taskforce and Past Chair of VCCN Oncology Nursing Expert Group.
