I am motivated and enthusiastic about life, faith, family and friends. It is my goal to live life to the fullest, be in God's word, and encourage those around me to do the same. Be it work, fun or life's challenges, I find my strength in the Lord! I enjoy the outdoors and am willing to take on the challenge, from hunting, running a marathon, driving a stock car or most recent skydiving. While as an LCSW, CADC, I have a passion for working with clients, life's journey has placed me back on the farm full time as the Financial/HR Manager of Bates Next Generation Farms, working along side my husband and three sons. I am excited about the opportunity God has placed before our family, allowing us to work as a team, carrying on the family legacy and seventh generation on the farm. It is our vision to sustain a successful operation of generations to come through hard work and dedication built on a foundation of faith.Our mission at Bates Next Generation Farms is to utilize past knowledge and experience with innovative practices to provide exceptional products and services to the community while being good stuarts of the environment.
