Increased the number of mice per study as well as helped design a co-colonized model which allowed us to test two MDRO bacteria at the same time the same mice. Ultimately cutting the number of mice in half as well as reducing the time to acquire the necessary data. Pour media plates with and without various antibiotics. Graph and organize all the data that I gathered and present it to the group on a weekly basis.
