Documented the business requirements, conducted business testing and achieved go live with the global IT Team for the conversion from the Motorola product data management Matrix1 tool to the Lenovo Windchill tool under budget and on plan. Provided a system solution and business processes for Motorola phones to be produced and sold in Lenovo channels and vice versa.Partnered with the global IT Team to develop a supplier portal to utilize Motorola bills of material to produce Motorola phones in a Lenovo manufacturing facility. -
