Volunteer at the Elkhorn Branch of the Omaha Public Library. I also worked toward my Level III Public Librarian Certification through the Nebraska Library Commission.

Partnered and collaborated with the digital sales team, specialists and sales consultants to support the digital sales fulfillment process of Cox Media, including monitoring the pacing and performance of the ad campaigns and reporting on their results.

Provided marketing, promotions, project and research support for Cox Media, the advertising sales division of Cox Communications.

Managed the corporate research activities of a global electronics payment software firm, which included developing and managing the Corporate Information Center; developing the annual market research plan and budget; overseeing the work of research staff; designing and conducting industry and product research that included market share, competitive and customer loyalty measurement; producing periodic reports to support all levels of staff; and initiating and managing contracts and relationships with third-party research firms.
