Project Management, Procurement, Scheduling, Accounting, other General day to day office duties

I worked as the Production Scheduler using MS Project. I produced Full Detailed shop schedules from the purchase order and drawings for both the shop as well as the customer. I then completed daily updates that were obtained by me touring the plant and physically viewing the progress of the project. I then forwarded this information to the shop managers as well as the customer. I often worked with the customer to schedule routine customer inspections.In the Materials department I expedited materials in order to keep the projects on schedule. Received all incoming materials and verified that the requirements of the purchase order were met. I also review all the material test reports to confirm that the proper specifications were met. I also worked on organizing an inventory control system for the material that was left over from completed projects, as well as the inventory of our customers material.I went out for shipping quotes, and scheduled majority of all shipments.Spent some time working as the Purchasing Agent. I then trained the new purchasing agent so that I could return full time to my regular duties.

Supervised all retail associates, completed daily money transfers. Window displays.
