I have been involved in the field of mental and physical health and wellness since the late 70s. In addition to roles as a clinician, EAP counselor, and in the corporate sector as a marketing director, I received my coaching certificate in 2013 with a focus on mental/emotional well-being. I specialize in helping working professionals navigate life’s challenges with more ease, confidence and positivity.As an independent contractor, I have coached numerous clients in the US and abroad, and currently maintain a private practice that is available remotely. Included as part of my coaching services is the Mental Fitness Program created by Positive Intelligence®. This program has helped my clients become keenly aware of the negative emotions that impact their performance, relationships, and well-being, as they continuously practice shifting to more productive and positive mindsets. I am also certified as a Specialist Practitioner in Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning.™
