I am an established teacher of English, Media and Film Studies. This year I have taken on the role of Deputy Head of Year and I am enjoying the pastoral element of education. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my career and excited to see what experiences it can offer our learners.Outside of work I am a mother of two fantastic teenagers - yes! Teenagers are fantastic. I have been married to my long suffering husband, Steve, for over 20 years - an achievement I am very proud of. I have a great family unit, including my beautiful golden lab, Gelart!I love listening to music, especially my hero Robbie Williams and enjoy most genres. I love to draw and paint when time allows; I particularly enjoy drawing portraits.I am interested in fitness and nutrition and researching the benefits of whole foods.
