Portfolio Manager, Self-insurance. Portfolio Managers are the first point of contact for self-insurers and potential self-insurers in their dealings with WorkSafe. As such, my role is to manage a portfolio of self-insurers to ensure compliance with legislation/regulations/ministerial guidelines; manage new and renewal applications for self-insurance approval; develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.

Workers' Compensation. Developed and provided an annual calendar of training for both external clients and staff. Developed and conducted individual training programs for external clients, as required. Train and induct new staff.
