* Present Agile 101 and Scrum Master courses* Co-coached two SAFe Program Teams and one Project Team* Assist with long term Scrum strategy across PFG * Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution* Respond to questions regarding Agile/Scrum* Facilitate change * Strongly serve and support the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team* Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example* Guide and coach Scrum Teams and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices* Guide and coach Scrum Teams on self-organization* Assess Scrum Team maturity. Coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.* Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments* Build a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. * Assist with improving transparency and radiating information for better visibility* Experience being on Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.). * Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.

Responsibililites included:* Scheduling and Facilitating Scrum meetings.* Making sure the team continued to follow Scrum values and practices. * Removing obstacles, such as security issues, for team members.* Enabling close cooperation and collaboratoin between all team members.* Shielding the team from external interferences.
