I oversee the daily facility related functions for our 36 bed inpatient unit, which includes management over Dietary, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Administrative Services. Some of my daily activities include working side by side with our Clinical Managers and serving as the go-to resource between Corporate and Inpatient Unit Employees. I am also the liaison between Clinical and Non-Clinical staff members. Being a patient advocate, I find that daily interactions with patients and family members increases our employee productivity and has improved our overall patient satisfaction. A few other things that I take care of are ADP payroll, HR functions, employee engagement to foster a positive work environment, maintaining compliant personnel files, and all things administrative. Being a very results oriented individual, I like to get things accomplished in the most efficient way, so I can move onto the next thing that crosses my pathway. I love to learn and I pick up knowledge quickly. I work with about 90 employees, (10) of which are 40 + in age range and (80) that are in the 20 -30 something age range. We have a well diversified work group, which proves to be ever changing, always interesting, requires a lot of energy to keep things in balance and I love my people. We have an absolutely awesome, top notch care team and I go home amazed at the care and compassion I see shared daily. I am known for my hugs and being the resident mom of the unit or glue that holds everything together. People say I look pretty good for having 90 children! LOL

Draft, administrate and educate staff and management regarding personnel policies and procedures. Coordinate HR related procedures with 6 satellite offices. Coach managers with performance issues, employee leave, FMLA, Workman Comp, and disciplinary actions. Organize new hire orientation. Coordinate with Compliance Department in conducting internal investigations regarding grievances, harassment, and discrimination complaints. Work with CEO regarding best HR practices for company.

Day to day management of clerical staff. Office payroll, HR functions, New Employee Orientation, and Billing.

I oversaw the day to day operations of the Administration Department. This included Driver payroll, permits, licenses, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Fuel Cards, Lease Purchase Program, all HR functions and company benefits.

Loaded and unloaded meter readers, did weekly and bi-weekly Billing for 12,500 customers, worked with Operations Manager.
