I have been involved in my family run business most of my life, mainly as corporate Secretary and Treasurer. My responsibilities are dealing with most aspects of administration, accounting and bookkeeping, human resources, advertising, order placement and sales. Major personal and business events in 2023 have shifted me to sole owner and President of Pool Park. Being a small retail business, most of our employees wear many different hats. Delegating duties is the toughest part, striving to maintain the standard of customer service we have worked tirelessly to achieve over the last 40 years. The empty shoes are impossible to fill, but I hope to take the best things from working with family into this new chapter of the business.
