Coordination of the National PSHE CPD programme which is accredited by Roehampton University. This involves marketing, administration for each cohort which includes accepting application forms, preparing folders and course materials. Registration of students and liaising closely with UoR. This is a three day programme which is delivered throughout a year. All administration for the submissions, through assessment to moderation and attending the examination board at the university.

My role was varied and interesting. I assisted in designing a bespoke system for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs). Liaising closely with school Headteachers and NQTs to help with any queries regarding their Induction year. Producing many reports and continuing to update the system. Dealing with all administration for the task.Working with consultants in the School Effectiveness team, I attended and minuted meetings for schools causing concern.

Successfully won the contract for Fabris Lane where, at the height of the season, we had in excess of 250 temps working at their business in Chessington. Coaching and mentoring team.
