Plan and organise approximately 60 psycho-educational courses per term throughout the county (up to 30 attendees per term). Sourcing, negotiating costs and booking of venues working to tight deadlines. Manage website, Patient Management System and comprehensive databases, ensuring all information marry. Manage enrolments and discharges of all courses and registers are accurately created the day before course starts. Organise all finance and ensure invoices are paid as per agreements. Liaise with local colleges and universities keeping up an excellent rapor for continued business use. Act a mediator between venues and facilitators ensure issues are dealt with swiftly. Train and provide ongoing support, advice and supervision to new and current staff.
