1. To ensure day to day update of the following records;­ Annual Leave­ Compensatory time-off­ Employee health cards­ Sick Leave­ Overtime Records2. Generate the following reports:­ Birthday List (monthly)­ Probation List (monthly)­ CL&OT Report (weekly)­ Dormitory Report (monthly)­ Staff Canteen Report (monthly)­ Accident Reoprt (instantly)3. Maintain a key in, update, and filing for employee files, PS forms, documents and informations.4. Responsible for processing ,renewing & cancelling of foreign staffs’ work permit, residence permit, and help with visa apply.5. Carry out the foreign staffs’ on-boarding procedure.6. Coordinate with all department to ensure well operation of hotel procedures&policies.7. Keep good relationship with related government departments.8. Assist to finish the dismission of staff.9. Purchase necessary appliance according to hotel purchasing procedures and use the system of Check EAM.10. Put up and update information on the notice board, make sure it clear and beautiful.11. Access the departmental attendance record every month by HRMS.12. Help to organize staff activies.13. Carry out other tasks as directed by supersivor
