My work history has been built on working in diverse industries with a primary focus on project and operations management, now totalling over 25 years. My focus and what I do best is implementation of projects, on time and within budget, working successfully with cross-functional teams. My strengths are my ability to deal with a frequently changing landscape, consistently achieving operational excellence through on-time delivery to the highest specifications. My aim is to work nimbly and proficiently and have a great time getting the work is done right the first time. I have the right mix of technical expertise and people skills needed to solve complex issues and delegate effectively in order to deliver results. That trait isn't as common as it once was.As I hear from teams I've worked with, they say that I am a thoughtful and approachable leader who values a job well done with integrity. Often by referral, I have been hired to tackle some chaotic processes and implement changes that have resulted in direct cost savings and improved processes. I don't mind taking on a challenge midstream and righting the ship.I thrive on leading teams proactively to find the best ways to complete tasks and I relish finding creative solutions to problems that no one else can solve. The right business for me is one where completing the job is as important as getting there, establishing great relationships and using common good business sense at the beginning and end of the day to get the job done well.
