Responsible for the management and implementation of a number of strategically key, commercially sensitive and compliance-related projects, both stand alone and as part of wider programmes. These included the successful launch of a joint insurance venture with Volkswagon Audi Group and working with key suppliers such as WorldPay to meet critical deadlines across multiple platforms. I was also involved long-term on a key transformation programme.

Responsible for the management and implementation of a number of strategic projects delivering proven benefits to the business. Key amongst these were the first launch of the RBS Home Insurance brands into the price comparison website channel in a joint venture with Tesco Compare, followed by subsequent launches onto Confused.com, Go Compare and Money Supermarket. Other successes included the delivery of projects within wider programmes of work; amongst these were the launch of RBS Insurance's mid and high net worth products (working with Coutts and RBS/NatWest Private Banking) and the launch of a joint Home Insurance venture with Nationwide Building Society. Other projects also encompassed a property refurbishment, and restructuring a Life Insurance product.

Working in the Operational Support Team with various responsibilities. These included being responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of the Motor Customer Services and the Motor Claims Business Continuity Plans. Additionally I was assigned to various projects to manage operations deliverables including Motor Broker and Partner launches, and the integration of NIG claims calls following the closure of several NIG offices. My last task in this role was to liaise between the Integration Project Team and the customer-facing areas during the initial migration of the Churchill Insurance call centres onto the Direct Line mainframe. This was a part of Churchill's integration into RBS.
