I have over 40 years experience within an office environment since I left school at 16.At Paish Tooth I process weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly Clients payrolls as per their instructions ranging from sole traders/Directors & 1 employee payrolls to a 50 plus employee company within a wide range of companies and not always locally based. Very involved with Auto Enrolment, RTI & Statutory payroll procedures including having knowledge based on regular updates from HMRC, Sage & Brightpay payroll software, having taken Iris payroll webinars in -house and courses off the premises.Accounts (Sage Line 50) - Processing manual Sales C/notes, Purchase Invoices & C/notes, checking statements & prices, delivery notes, Bank Reconciliations, processing C/Card purchases, expenses.Providing Director with end of month figures & lists of draft invoices pending each month.Creating & processing Sales payroll invoices monthly, quarterly & yearly, Chasing Clients for their outstanding fees by phone/email/letter.Approving timesheets every week in SPS (Sage Practice Solutions) which I have links to Line 50 Accounts. Maintaining SPS & Line 50 making sure figures balance in both, scanning & saving work in VC (Virtual Cabinet), maintaining & tidying up in SPS/VC of correct invoice numbers,figures etc.
