As Director of Residential Services I was responsible for the oversite of the resident's care, staffing and facility management. I ensured that all State and Federal regulations were followed and recorded.

 Responsibilities included recruiting, hiring staff, training employees, assessing staff performance and taking disciplinary action when needed. Produced monthly activity programs for high, medium and low functioning residents. Designed marketing program and arranged tours for potential clients.
