I have worked in the estate agency business for over thirty years, twenty five of those in the Cheltenham market, nine running the Cheltenham office of Knight Frank and I now act for around a dozen clients under the umbrella of Kingsley Evans, the exciting company formed by David Evans and his wife Jen, ten years ago. By keeping the portfolio I act for sensible, I can commit to greater time per client ensuring that each transaction proceeds as smoothly as it possibly can. My aim is to personally see each sale through to completion in a positive and stress free manner, surrounding myself with not only an excellent sales team, but other professionals in the town who I recommend who ensure that communication levels are high and experience overcomes any bumps in the road.
