I specialize in transforming businesses through working with individuals and teams to align leaders expectations with those of their staff to ultimately improve business performance and staff satisfaction. I am currently studying for a Masters degree through Wales University in Coaching and Mentoring. I work part time for The Coaching Centre in Bergvliet, Cape Town as a Developmentor and Assessor. My role as a developmentor requires my supporting prospective coaches through the 18 month programme and guiding them according to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) principles to ultimately achieve their goal of becoming a professional coach. My role as an Assessor requires that I assess the written and oral work of the students and evaluate their final presentation before graduation.I have 30 years of experience in retail corporate. I have spent a large number as a senior executive at Truworths with an extensive portfolio including managing large teams and driving performance results. I was headhunted by Woolworths SA in 2014 to reposition the RE Jeanswear brand. I am a trained professional Life/Business Coach with a diploma in Practitioner Coaching from The Coaching Centre which I received in 2017. I enjoy working with leaders and I Executives and Senior managers. My skill is my understanding of business and my ability to ‘meet the client where they are at’, guiding clients to shift their perspectives and gently aligning leadership and team expectations, through skilled questioning and providing a safe space for reflection and observations.I am trained as a professional Integral Coach which explores all the constitutive elements of being human spiritual, cognitive, emotional and somatic. This coaching moves to the core of each persons way of seeing and being in the world and leads to lasting and meaningful development.Using tried and tested methodologies which have evolved over time and which I tailor make to every clients or teams needs, I explore (together with my client) the current scenario…….. the ‘core’ issues that are at hand… the desired new place of being…. Then together design a clear cut strategy on how to get there. I hold my clients gently and carefully choosing new methodologies if and when the client is ready. Each client receives a unique and personalised coaching experience.
